Built by someone who has stood at the pass.

ApiaryOS was founded by a chef with 20 years in award-winning kitchens — including Michelin-starred restaurants — who believes the systems that make great restaurants run can transform school nutrition.

After years in high-end culinary, that path led to school nutrition — and to founding the kitchen program of a workforce incubator dedicated to creating pathways to employment for people who face the greatest barriers to getting there.

That experience — running world-class kitchens, building teams from the ground up, watching what happens when good people don't have good systems — is what ApiaryOS is built on.
